[He pauses.] Yeah, more or less. Kairi's still trying to bully Axel, but that's not a big problem. Definitely not on the level of a curse.

[ A liiiittle uncertain laughter here, the kind that usually links up with kind of maybe not really intonations. He doesn't mind the quiet but this is just downright weird. Dream weird. If it was home it would be more like a nightmare - the island emptied and desolate, bare. But it's not, it doesn't even consciously occur to him. Still he turns the device absently, making a buffering repetition. ]

I was trying to get her to knock it off [ :c ] but every time I told her 'no' she just turned around and chased him up the bookshelf every time I left...

[ Sora laughs a little at that, imagining then in particular Riku - more when they were younger - as a cat. He would hate it. There are curses like that here of course and Sora himself wouldn't mind though probably he'd as soon be turned into an otter, friendly and trying to hold onto Roxas 'paw' confused by the fingers. ]

Um. I dunno if there's a name for it. But I'm pretty sure there's another one. I forget if it's just kind of dark or shadowy, or like opposite of the normal City.

People need other people, you know. Plus the ticking.

Every time you're alone: tick-tick-tick-tick. Then it just keeps getting worse until you're back around people.

Take away the people and then you're stuck in clock hell.
