--o, you can't come in here looking like--well, I should think it'd be rather quite apparent why not, my goodness! I certainly won't have--

[A pause, filled with some muffled background chatter.]

No, I'm really very sorry, but I don't care if it's a curse, that doesn't mean I'm about to--

[More muffled chatter.]

--I will not turn around, and I'll not come out from behind the door, either! Oh, drat it all, where's that sign--

[And to the sound of another burst of chatter, the audio ends.

People passing by the Blue Light today, however, may notice a freshly-made sign prominently displayed in the window: NO SHIRT, NO SHOES, NO SERVICE.]

[OOC: FAIRY-TALE SENSIBILITIES. Rosella (who is not cursed today, thankfully) will just be over here at the Blue Light being scandalized by your flagrant displays of nudity, thank you. Please feel free to save/bother her as you will. :D]

You're rather courageous to be out today, Rosella.

How'd you even get to the Blue Light without seeing... you know, things that no one should see?

Well, I admit I did think about just staying home, but I'm not cursed today, at least, and I do have rather a responsibility to be here seeing to things. So I thought I'd just come in and stay inside and have a light day of customers, but I didn't think people who aren't--that is, who are cursed would be so adamant about being customers today, too.

Oh, I came in early. And in a hurry, too, once I began to catch wind of what was, er, going around today. There weren't as many people out and about like this in the morning as there are are now.

[Why was it Charlie always had errands to run on weird curse days? She managed to pass by Rosella's bar at one point and, noting the sign, she sends a text.]

Might want to amend the sing to include a lack of pants. Not that I think it'd help. People seem to have no choice in the matter today.

Does this mean I shouldn't come into work today?

And your employees? Are they cursed?

Good! I haven't been out--cursed--but it's got to be awkward out there. I'm completely cool with people being comfortable about their bodies, but... limits. I do have limits.

And I really hope everyone at the Welcome Center and Youth Center find ways to feed themselves today. I'd check the Youth Center since I'm already here if I didn't think I'd scar someone.

The few that are in today aren't, thank goodness, but we certainly don't have a full staff, either. It can't be helped, I suppose, but I can't very well have people going around trying to work like--that.

I'm not sure it would be entirely sanitary, really.

I'm glad you hear you're not completely without staff today, though.

Oh, dear, you're cursed today too, Penny? I'm very sorry to hear that, it must be making things terribly inconvenient.

...And, er, we're a bit understaffed at the moment, it's true, but we're also not serving as many customers today either, because of the curse, so if you'd like me to see to the Welcome Center and Youth Center for you today, it wouldn't be any trouble at all.

I should hope that part of it would go without saying, really.

Oh, dear. Are you cursed today, Jack? It's quite all right if you are, that is, but I do think it'd be better you spent the day at home, er, if you're not very inclined to be dressed--er, for work.

Yeah, well. Some people can be dicks and take that kind of thing literally.

Yep, and it's really inconvenient. I sort've wish I'd've kept the apartment so I didn't have to run from my bedroom to the bathroom and hope no one sees me.

[Maybe that was oversharing.]

...Really? And you're sure it wouldn't be a hassle? I'd really, really appreciate it, and I can pay for it tomorrow when I'm less... cursed.

We're making do, yes. And we're not letting in as many customers, either, for good reason, so it's a bit tense but not altogether unmanageable. I'm getting quite good at filling in where I'm needed, myself.

Though I'm a bit afraid it's going to get much worse once night falls, for those last few hours before midnight.

[Well, just a little, but. WE'RE ALL GIRLS HERE.]

No, no, it wouldn't be a hassle at all! I'd hate to think of someone who can't get out today going hungry because of the curse, and I'm sure we can put together something easy--sandwiches, perhaps, that people could take around with them and keep in their rooms and whatnot. I'll go tell the kitchen to start seeing about it right now.

Yes, I suppose that's true. I'll have someone take a look at it, then--we had the sign already, you know, and it just seemed appropriate for the day, but it could use that bit of adjusting, too, you're right.

I could help, if you want. I'm not doing anything today and I'm completely clothed.

Oh, would you? I'd be very grateful, thank you. Just please do watch out if you come by, since there's a cluster of cursed people near the door and they don't seem very inclined to leave from it anytime soon.

Do you need any help? The cafe won't be open so late as that. If you need someone to guard the door, I suppose I could help.

I'm not cursed, by the way.

I'm not worried about them. Being a pyrokinetic has its advantages. And I promise, I won't harm anyone. Just keep the air uncomfortably warm around myself. It should scare a few off. I'll be there soon.

[He comes in and is totally clothed]

Oh, could you? I'm sure we'll manage somehow if you'd rather not brave the, er, crowds, but I certainly won't say no to another hand, and it'd be nice to see you, too.
