[ Teddy's been exploring. He's actually quite fond of the place, even though he doesn't really understand it at all. Not really sure why he's here, or how he got here, or even if he's ever going to leave again, Teddy's been spending time mapping out the place instead of wondering why. It pays to be prepared, they've all learnt that.

That doesn't mean this place isn't going to keep surprising him. ]

Is that actually a unicorn? Like, seriously? [ Excuse the grin, he's impressed. ] What else does this place have? I'm not going to wake up with flying monkeys trying to steal my earrings or anything, am I? Or a kraken rising from the deep? Because while epic, I'm not sure I have the capacity for piracy.

There is a sea monster who lives in the pond in Xanadu, though I don't believe he's yet full grown. Does that count as a creature rising from the deep?

His name is Ellington, by the way.

The sea monster? [ Ellington? He wants to tell Eli, it's just a shame he's still not here. ]

He must be a small sea monster to live in a pond.

Well, a sea monster, at any rate. I suppose he's a 'lake monster' now, given where he lives.

He is, I suppose--as I said, he isn't yet grown. I would be careful, though: he's not always the friendliest creature. He tried to drown me once--at least once.

I suppose if Princess Rosella introduces you, you might have a better chance with him than I did.

He - does he have tentacles? [ Because both gross and cool. He kind of wants to go and see it. ]

Yeah, that's me. [ Is he from the same timeline? He can't be, they've already figured out all the other Avengers are way, way behind. ]

I don't think I've visited the unicorn yet. Actually, I don't think I've been to the zoo and I've been here since August of last year.

Oh, do be careful of the unicorns! They can be a bit, er, particular about who they associate with.

[Speaking from personal experience.]

And really, I should hope there aren't any flying monkeys here! I know they really didn't mean to be so awful as they were, but I'm certainly not fond of being hauled all over the place by them, just the same, and I'm sure anyone would agree.

Oh. [ Grinning. ] Like the myth?

[ The video shakes as he steps away from the enclosure, mouth twitching upwards, smile widening. ] You mean there were actually flying monkeys here?

Yes, I'm afraid so. We all learned that the hard way one Christmas, when one...er, got out. And it was really quite a mess getting it back into the zoo again!

[Just don't ask how it got out because look, she knows how to ride a unicorn, okay, and just because some people think they can handle one doesn't mean they're better at it than her.]

Oh, no, they weren't here. They were the servants of a witch I once met in my own world. She was an awful sort, and I had the misfortune of crossing paths with her, I'm afraid.

[ Because if she's real, Billy's probably going to have a moment and Teddy has to be there to see it. ]

I'm just not used to it. Back home we definitely don't have a unicorn.
