[ He has no idea where the hell he is, and that's a little - well, he'll be polite and say disconcerting. He knows he's used to not knowing his own location (though he's familiar with the tendrils of fear it brings along, it's not been that long since a tank and an abandoned building.)

The commotion across the street though, that catches his eye, makes him look up and over. ]

[Steve is finally allowed to look around - people aren't swarming him as much - when he spots him.
