I don't mean it like that. Even Ikki said he disliked me when he forgot everything.

I mean once they're out, it's hard to forget they were said, right? Forgiving them is easy, depending on what's said. But the words will be forever left behind, engraved into the person's mind.

Yeah, I even felt like that towards Simca. I couldn't remember fucking anything and talking to all of you was like. . . I don't know, dude, drowning. Like I was gonna get swallowed by the things I didn't know but should know.

That's hardly what it's like. We've been in this damn city for months, both of us know how it works. You've got your normal days and you're fucking whacked days where you say and do shit that ain't right.

It's over in a day. Life moves on. Holding onto it is just petty.

I'm not saying I'm holding it against you-- I'm just saying that experiences like that aren't easy to forget. The feelings that come along with them, words that are said, it's hard to just put it all aside like it never even happened.

I've been here for eleven months, and I still haven't been able to just forget about something entirely and move on like it never happened.
