I don't believe I've had the pleasure of your acquaintance yet... but then, I don't typically look like this, so perhaps you might recognize my other body.

[With Merlin's spell confusing his memories, it's hard to say just who he's had dealings with before. Mercy would be a far better judge of that.]

What movie are you going to watch? Just out of curiosity.

It can be rather difficult at times, but what can you do.

No movie has been decided upon as yet, but I do have a wide selection to choose from. I figure we can take a vote.

My name is Gabriel, sweetheart.

And, hey, that's all right. It's been a while since I watched a movie. Maybe you'll even have one I haven't seen.

[She shrugs. It's not likely, but she's looking for entertainment.]

Then come on along. My friend Eagle is coming too.

And? I'm not your sweetheart. Just FYI.

All right, I'll do that.

And I'll have to think of something else, then.

[And she's over in, literally, no time at all, complete with cake. At least her powers aren't gone. Have an Archangel in your living room, Mercy.]

I hope you like cake.

[Mercy blinked and then her eyes went wide. She talked to God often, praying, and while he never directly spoke back, she was quite aware of his presence sometimes and this... well...]

You are... that Gabriel, aren't you? I never thought of you as female for some reason, but... I'm honored to have you in my home.

[She gives a small smirk and nods. It's not like she's going to hide it.]

Yeah, that's me. And...don't worry, I'm not usually female. This place got me with one of it's curses.

Is there anything else you'd like? I figured cake was a good starting point and we could go from there if you wanted.

[Have a still stunned Mercy, hand going to the lamb necklace at her throat - it's what she wears instead of a cross.]

Um.. cake's wonderful. I have brownies and cookies too and I figured we'd make popcorn to go with the movies. Was there anything else you wanted?

[Eagle and company, that large dog creature from earlier, arrive to take her up on her offer. At least the creature seems calm now. ]

Good afternoon Mercy. I did bring you a little something.

[A tin of sweets of course. ]

[She smiles and takes the tin, before gesturing for him to come on in. She's not sure how the dog creature will react to her coyote-ness, but figures she and Eagle can deal.]

[The creature does give Mercy a good sniffing but she really isn't small enough to chase. A good pat will send it on it's way. That cat she mentioned earlier is really more of an attraction. ]

It's nothing. I thought if you were nice enough to invite us over then I should bring you a little something.
It is probably better to stay close to home during curse days anyway.

[Medea took one long look at him with definite threat in her eyes, letting the beast know just who was boss.]

I appreciate it. And I certainly think staying close to home is best today for me at least!

[Oh its tempting, so very tempting... the dog like creature has to sniff its way over to the cat and at least see if it will run or not.]

You said you wanted to watch a movie and have some popcorn, did you have anything specific in mind?

[Medea sits up, one paw raised and gives a good hiss. She means business.]

I thought we could pick from the ones I have here. Sometimes, back home, my friends and I would have a bad movie night so we could watch and make fun of the movies together. We could do that if you wanted.

[Well, darn... if the cat wasn't going to run it wouldn't be any fun to chase her. The dog just sort of wanders off to see about the rest of the place. ]

Sort of a 'Mystery Science Theater' thing?

[Been looking into Earth culture again. ]

Then we should find a truly horrible one.

Sorry about that. And yes, exactly like MST! I have plenty of old silly sci-fi movies we can choose from.

[The 'letter' to Medea gets a chuckle. ]

Oddly enough I discovered that the dog creature is actually my soul in animal form. I don't believe he will be able to cause any more trouble now.

[As if on command the dog walks over to sit by Eagle's feet. ]

A silly old sci-fi sounds fine to me. Pick anything you would like to see.

Oh wow. I guess I must have missed that curse before. Is it painful to have your soul outside your body?

[She picks a random movie from the stack.]

I had never heard of a curse like that before either, but no, at least it isn't painful at all.

[Just a little disturbing now and then when the animal fades briefly out of view. ]

I am really not familiar with any of these titles so the one you picked looks perfectly fine to me.

Excellent. I'll go make us some popcorn. Come on along to the kitchen and You can choose what you want to drink.

[He'll follow her to the kitchen as she asks and picks something from himself. A coke maybe, that goes well with popcorn. ]

Do you need any help with anything?

If you'd like to grab a big bowl from that cupboard, I can melt us some butter to go with the popcorn. And please, help yourself to anything in the frig. There's soda and beer and iced tea.
