accidental video/open action

[The video opens with a quick flare of static, but once the picture resolves, the viewer is treated to a sideways view of a lovely little stone pool and someone lounging in the steaming water. A moment later and that someone turns enough to show that it's Gwen, her hair twisted up into a crude knot to keep it from getting too wet as she relaxes. Of course, she had no idea that the device is on, much less that it's broadcasting.]

[ooc: Feel free to bother her and if you want, go find her in her little pool. Action is more than welcome!]

[And again, there's that miffed little wrinkle of nose as she cuts her gaze over to the little device. Huffing, she reaches over to turn the thing off (as well as cover it with her towel), not even aware that she's just flashed a generous amount of skin.]

Not a chance. They can find their own fun, if they want.

[He tries not to look disappointed about not giving everyone a show. But they're lucky cause any disappointment is covered up by his obvious appreciation of the half frontal view of Gwen as she turns off the device.]

I do believe I'm rubbing off on you though, no swimsuit... just... you.

[For a moment, she pauses, cheeks flushed (from the hot water, of course). She could fuss and protest and such, but there's no real reason to. Jack's Jack and she knows that so well by now. Honestly, the not so subtle look is quietly appreciated.

Don't think she didn't sink a little deeper into the water, though.]

... just me. I do have clothes close by, though.

[Around a small grin, he pulls his bottom lip through his teeth, leans forward toward Gwen and looks left, then right, then back at her as if he's about to tell her the most secret thing of all the secrets.]

Just you looks very good, Gwen. You should wear it more often.

[The compliment pulls a slight smile from Gwen. As always, she's keenly aware that Jack is a flirt, but hearing such things is always nice.]

I wear it all the time. I just cover it up.

Well maybe you shouldn't cover it up. I have to say... [His gaze slips down into the water as he moves just a bit closer still.] ...I'm really enjoying you not covering it up.

[Gwen's gaze drifts lower as Jack's does. In the back of her head, she knows she should politely excuse herself and leave, but oddly enough, she's not moving.]

Walking around nude is illegal, Jack.

Not in all worlds or times or places. Is this a rule here?

[He's slowly inching himself closer, closer to her side of the pool, closer to her. Sorry, Gwen. He might be about to put the moves on you.]

Are there rules? Because I didn't get a rule book.

[And she keeps watching him with that steady gaze of hers, showing no signs of moving.]

Nothing written down, no.

Making them up as you go then? [He grins, really enjoying the half teasing half flirting between them right now. It always feels like he takes it right to the edge with Gwen. It's just so easy to do given their relationship. But he's never taken it over that edge, the idea of Gwen and Rhys always in the back of his mind. Even with Rhys not here in this place, it's still there. And he knows most humans have different rules and ideas about relationships than he does. He usually tries to respect that.

His gaze doesn't waver from hers though as he's suddenly sitting beside her. One arm is draped over the side of the pool behind her.] Maybe you should write the rule book for all of us.

I'm not making them up. They're how I was raised.

[It takes a real effort to break the locked gazes, but she does. However, she doesn't move away. In fact, she might just shift a little closer to Jack's side, even if she's very careful to keep from touching him.]

[Once her gaze slips away, Jack settles his back against the side of the pool next to her, one arm still around her shoulders. He tilts his head back and closes his eyes, just relaxing there with her.]

You were probably raised to wish on stars too, to eat all of your wheaties and say please and thank you in all things.
