I know this is going to sound, like, totally weird. But where am I? Is Drakken involved in this?

Oh, this is the City. It's sort of a...well...place between worlds, where time stands still for you until you leave. We get weekends like this every so often, where a whole bunch of people come in at once, but they don't usually stay for more than the weekend.
