I don't know, he's always been on top of things when I've been around. [While he knows the Doctor needs company, Jack would never think that he is an idiot. He has too much respect for him and thinks to much of him. In Jack's mind, the Doctor's earned all the respect.] And by on top of things I mean doing what he can in less than desirable situations, not literally on top of something... or someone...
