That's 'Ten' - I gave each a secondary name to avoid confusion. The others are 'Smith' and 'Leather'.

Do you want the full list or just the highlights? [Sigh.] If the daleks were here then the cybermen could be as well. The Weeping Angels were here a while back but I haven't done anything to them specifically - they just hate everyone. After that, Sontarans, anyone from the Shadow Proclamation, apparently, any aspects of the Nestene Consciousness that survived, or the Racnoss - although, really, if that happens again that almost deserves to happen again at this point - isolated individuals, mostly. Queen Elizabeth I, for some reason. The ice warriors, most Judoon, for some other reason. Any other Time Lords - we're supposed to be extinct, but you know how that goes. [So basically if anyone comes up and addresses you as 'The Doctor', run away.]
