[Hello, City. It's the audio from the video that will filter in first, a bit broken up and fuzzy, but slowly coming in, the music of the Carousel accompanying his voice.]

--can't seem to get any reception. Maybe if I hold it up...

[Visuals follow, and after a moment or two of static, there's a perfectly clear picture of John Watson from above. He's frowning, and suddenly much closer as he pulls his cellphone in again.]

...is that the camera? [he's flipping it over, unknowingly treating the audience to a view of the ground and his shoes.] No, I wanted my email. [once again the camera is turned towards him] How do I shut this off? [his mouth pinches, just a little, as he's trying to figure it out...and a moment later he seems to. The feed cuts]

[After finding oneself sitting on the edge of a fountain facing a carousel, and having exhausted all other options of deciphering whether one is dreaming and where they are, going to a place with a large blue sign that says 'Welcome Center' seems the most reasonable option. So. Here he is, coming in the door now.]

Harry Lockhart. I figure you just got here and stuff but at this point somebody's told you where all the important shit is, right? I mean, I'll tell you if they haven't, I just don't wanna give you a bunch of crap you already know. You might, like, get overinundated and actually forget it.

Depends on what you consider important shit. I've been told there are curses though not much about what they are. I know I've been kidnapped by a living city and possibly its Deities. Apparently this isn't a dream, but when or if I am sent back it will be like I've never left, though I won't remember this place.

You can also like, leave here and go live your life again not remembering here and then come back here but remember having been here before and all the new things that happened to you in your life out there. I think. I heard about that one, but then again really it doesn't sound that weird, you know? In comparison.

Uhhhhh... Yourrrr device thing can record and turn on even if you don't hit any of the buttons, so... watch out for that.

Yeah, there's a lot of weird shit here. You don't really get used to it. Unless you do, I mean, hey, good for you man, if you get used to it.

They're sort of like a rash - it's really hard to not have the things turn up in unexpected places when you don't want them to. But yeah, not doing that intentionally is probably a good idea.

Don't blame you. Probably easier to do it anyway though. Some aspects aren't that weird, once you get past noticing it all at once.

I think that might be if you lose them, they show up again. But, I mean, don't quote me on it. Somebody else'll be able to tell you that.
