--can't seem to get any reception. Maybe if I hold it up...

[Visuals follow, and after a moment or two of static, there's a perfectly clear picture of John Watson from above. He's frowning, and suddenly much closer as he pulls his cellphone in again.]

...is that the camera? [he's flipping it over, unknowingly treating the audience to a view of the ground and his shoes.] No, I wanted my email. [once again the camera is turned towards him] How do I shut this off? [his mouth pinches, just a little, as he's trying to figure it out...and a moment later he seems to. The feed cuts]

[After finding oneself sitting on the edge of a fountain facing a carousel, and having exhausted all other options of deciphering whether one is dreaming and where they are, going to a place with a large blue sign that says 'Welcome Center' seems the most reasonable option. So. Here he is, coming in the door now.]

There are days here when strange things happen— it may affect how you look or feel or behave, or affect the environment, or force one to sing or listen to music all day, or give you powers you did not previously have. Some are merely inconvenient, some are rather more dangerous. They usually last for 24hours.

Can you give me an example of one of the more dangerous ones?

Once there were creatures called Weeping Angels all over the City which killed if one did not look at them.

[silence, for a moment. Then-] That's pretty dangerous, yeah.

And at times they are as harmless as playing songs all day.

I'd rather that than the former.

As would most people, I should assume.

I suppose that perhaps making assumptions is quite natural, at times.

Considering most people make lots of assumptions every day, I'd say it's pretty natural, yeah.

That is what I meant, exactly. It may not always be a good thing, but it certainly happens quite frequently.
