I suppose it's too soon for a beach party even if it is warming up. Then of course the sand might not be appreciated yet.

But I do think we should have some kind of gathering. A dance. A festival. Just something we make together hopefully on a day without curses for everyone to enjoy. Would anyone else like something like that? [She'd really like something nice to look forward to.] Does anyone have any ideas or want to help?

I'm always pro parties. I'm even pro parties when they happen several consecutive days in a row. I can be all kinds of little miss helper when it comes to parties.

Maybe. Or welcome to a somewhat odd day depending on how it goes. Or there could be a theme. I'm very open. I just want to do something.

[She smiles.] That's a very good question, isn't it? Maybe others will chip in too or maybe we can keep it low cost and high fun?

I second Charlie-san's suggestions of Xanadu. I don't care much for dancing, but I suppose even you have a dance there would be mingling.

I think it is a good choice. Xanadu is lovely. Maybe if there is a dance it's only part of what we do so people can enjoy everything or just what they like.

A party sounds like a great idea! You could ask for food donations, too--make it kind of like a huge potluck.
