I'm guessing all of this...music is just another curse. [The music he speaks of is fairly upbeat, perhaps surprisingly so considering his uneasy expression. He glances over his shoulder as if expecting to find someone standing behind him with a boombox at any moment.]

Has anyone figured out how to get it to, uh...to change?

( OOC: this post itself is video, but he'll be roaming around the City all day, so feel free to have your character bump into him for an action thread! )

It's all music I've only ever heard in Rapture.

Oh. [ And Ariadne frowns slightly, considering Jack through her network device. ]

Well, it's still a pretty large part of your life, isn't it?

[There's a slight shudder as the music changes.]

That doesn't mean I want to think about it when I don't have to.

Ooh, that one's catchy.

[ The music changes for her as well, earning a raised eyebrow (not the original?) before she continues. ]

So think of the song by itself. I mean, you're not avoiding taking showers because they involve water, are you?

[He makes a face at that.] Of course not. It's just...harder to break the association, I guess.

Mm, that makes sense. [ She knows a certain song that would freak her out if it started. ]

Well, at least this should end soon.

I hope so... [He rubs the back of his neck, glancing around.] I don't know if things could get as bad as they did with the sand, though.

Exactly. No month-long... or however long that really was... deserts.

[He nods, then considers it for a moment.]

You know, I'm not sure if a month of music like this would really be as bad as...well, all of that was.

I don't think it would be.
