I would've read more books on zombie apocalypse survival if I had known how much I'd come to need it. Not that there's zombies now - and I hope there won't be, I really do. You know, let's pretend I didn't just jinx everyone over here.

I'm tired, and I miss showers, and I miss the lack of bureaucracy and paperwork, and open spaces that aren't filled with sand, and the time when slugs were just slimy things you found in the grass while playing.

Ugh, slugs.

I think I actually preferred the van. In the end it turned out to be quite cozy.

The funniest thing came to mind today - thank god I hadn't adopted any pet. I just lost my temporary City home to the sand, I can't imagine losing an innocent living soul to it as well.

Weapons are the tools for people to use, yes. It's what they choose to do with them that defines it.
