He pulls a face, features twisting as he shakes the water out of it. ] All right dear, yes, I'm terribly sorry, but if we could hurry this along. [ It takes a minute, buzzing faintly before he wipes it on his jacket, the light finally catching. It makes the screen wobble, the way he shakes his other arm around, scanning the sky. ] Ooh, now that's interesting. I like interesting. Unless it's a smell in the fridge. Who knew stuff could go off?

A-ha! Oh, now that is good, that's wonderful, that's just - [ Scrambling out of the fountain, the device tilted down to the ground first before his face swims into view. ] Calling all Ponds, calling all Ponds, come in Ponds. [Jenny is generally excited by this addition to the network if only for the rambling of it. She likes a good disjointed ramble. But out of all that ramble, one this piques her interest above all else.]

Dad! I have three dads here! Oh this is really kind of great. And I thought I would never see you again! Really. Never again but here you are, it's fantastic.

[Her excitement is palpable, even through the video. She's thrilled even. She has a family! She'd never thought she would see her family again. But now she can, many times over.]

Did you miss me? I missed you! I was traveling about doing things I thought you'd do when I was brought here. One minute a spaceship, another here with an elephant. Have you ever seen an elephant? They're wonderful creatures, huge like a giant!

Make sure you don't insult them, they keep terrible grudges. I still have the trample marks in an old umbrella of mine.

[Dear? He called her dear! That means he likes her! At least from what she knows that's a term of endearment, right? Right. In any case, it makes her continue to smile.]

So you can talk to the elephants? You know what they say? Because I'm not so sure that this one belongs in a cage as it is. Poor thing was so sweet and calm. Didn't seem a bit like it wanted to go about causing trouble.

I can, bit rusty though, they have different dialects you see, different bits of pomp and circumstance. You don't want to go and address them all wrong. That's how I insulted the first one.

[ Tilting his head. ] We should go and talk to it, find out what the matter is.

That's the best news! Can we really go speak to it? Oh, I would love that. Maybe you could ask it why it was locked away and if it wants to be free.

[It's a legit question, okay? She's never had a cold and she has no clue if a Time Lord can have one! But of course now she's worried about him.]

[ Tilting his head. ]

You know, I don't remember. But I'll jog on the spot, see where that gets me, I'll be bone dry before you know it and we can go to the zoo and have a nice long communication with everything there. It'll be cool.
