[The image on the screen shows the (Second) Doctor out in the snow by a playground. He’s decided to take advantage of the sudden snowfall to throw on his old fur coat and build snowmen. Or at least his version of them. The one he’s working on looks a lot like a Dalek with a plunger and a bent-up wire hanger for the arms. He tops it with two cans on the dome-shaped head.]

Now what can I use for the eye-stalk? Ah!

[Spots a broken piece of a cane with a rubber tip amongst some rubbish, and jams it right in the dome.]

I suppose it’ll do.

[Rolls up a snowball and places it firmly on the bottom part of the snow-Dalek.]

Oh no. I like to let be creative with what I can find.

[Continues placing snowballs.]

Aren't you cold like that? I mean, you don't appear to have an ounce of body fat.

Right! We're still in that creative phase.

[He shrugs his shoulders.]

Cold never bothers me. I can't believe it. Actual snow!

[He beams enthusiastically watching as a snow flurry falls against the palm of his hand.]

I suppose it is. Have you seen our young friend lately?

Young friend? Welllll...

[He looks over at a small pile of snow and walks over to it.]

You know we could probably making a Weeping Angel out of this. Bit of a scary lot.

Oh. Well, I was thinking perhaps an Ice Warrior. Or maybe something else. I haven't really decided.

Oh. Thank you, that's very considerate, but it's quite alright. I thought I would take a few liberties with creativity. Sculpting doesn't always have to be traditional.
