[Lilith can be seen, feeling her way forward along the outer wall of a building, one step at a time – hesitantly, bare foot hovering above the ground for a moment before making contact. The right one first, her left foot repeating the process. The progress slow as a result, but there is a certain grace to it that can’t be denied.]
Is this... the land beyond death? Is this Heaven? There are so many strange scents here... sounds...
[She comes to a faltering halt. Her voice the backdrop of the network device’s recording of the City in part and herself in whole. When she finally continues speaking, her conclusion is soft. The harshness of its implications already too familiar to her. To be truly frightening.]
But the darkness, it has not withdrawn. Then, is this Hell? Because he said... Hell is eternal darkness.
[She remains standing in that one place – looking cold and vulnerable in her white, cotton nightgown. Seemingly wary to move. After a few more minutes, the recording times out and cuts off.]
((ooc : open to action as well))

I know... I shall be a burden to you, but may I request that you lead me where I must go?
;Action
;Action
You are...?
;Action
I'm Nall. Who're you?
;Action
[The wings feel foreign. Belonging to a creature from another world. A devil, she thinks, but keeps the word unspoken - seeing how charitable and helpful this devil has been. She doesn't know where she is or where she is supposed to go from here, but Nall might know and take her.]
I was told I'm in a city.... Which city is it? Not Paris?

[She begins moving forward, slowly, hesitantly. Without knowing her destination or the route that will take her there. One hand pressed to the wall of the building, for support. A thought occurs to her. A terrible thought. That here, she might have to return to the brothels - she is no longer dying and thus, the church may no longer feel obliged to accept her presence amongst those who are without sin.]
Where... am I expected to... stay?
;Action
[He pauses.]
Sorry. But there's people here who've been here longer than I have! One of them has to know!

[It is meant as a comforting question, perhaps directed at the both of them while Lilith is shivering slightly, her nightgown too thin for the season as it manifests itself outside.]

[He notices she's shivering. It feels just fine for him but he's covered in fur.]
Do you want me to swap forms? I'm a lot bigger in my real form and I'm still covered in fur. You could be warm until the other person comes for you.
;Action
If... such a thing is possible...

He shifts and sighs, although it's now a deep rumble. It feels good to be full sized, even if he prefers his dragon kit size. Not that Lilith can see, but he still has a similar body, but with a more traditional dragon's head, his neck is now long enough for five people to sit on, and his black paws are white.
He stretches out a wing to touch her arm and give her a guide over to him.]
I am here.

Thank you.

[He chuckles softly.] I'm a boy.
;Action
My apologies. I... couldn't tell.
