Well, this is unimaginatively called the City. There are deities that rule over this place haphazardly. There's a new group who call themselves Anonymous that have taken over and are trying to stop the curses and send everyone home but every time they try something it goes horribly wrong. I think you'd have to change the make up of this place to get it to go right.
