You know, I have been far too anti-social of late. Perhaps my age is getting to me.

[Nathan sits on a balcony in his home with a glass of wine in his hand. The lighting right now is doing good things for him but he probably knows that. This is someone who knows how to work lighting and angles to his advantage, after all.]

So busy with work and not enough social interaction. It's sad really.

[He pouts.]

I was thinking of throwing a fashion show and a party. Naturally I will accept others who wish to show off their work for the show but you will have to come contact me. The party will be to celebrate the success of it.

[Smiling now, he sips at the wine in the glass.]

It's about time I got back into the social limelight, yes?

Alas, I'm becoming far too much like Jack. Clearly it's time for a change.

I think that's a wise decision. Shake things up a little, you know? Get things moving in a new direction. It's too easy to stagnate. And that's no good for anyone.

Especially when you're my age. Once in awhile something fun is needed.

I age well. Like wine.

But I'm several centuries old now.

You sure do age well! I mean, damn, I wouldn't have put you out of your thirties--tops.

You selling that secret yet? You'd make a mint back where I come from.

You'd be surprised. It's usually very difficult for people to make a poor impression when it comes to meeting me. Especially if it seems that person might entertain me.

Well, I have been told I can be pretty entertaining--sometimes even downright charming.

Oh really now. And how are you entertaining?

You know, I don't know. It's just what they tell me. And maybe telling you would be like a magician telling the secrets to his tricks.
