Now that I've had a chance to see a bit of the place and... well, to be honest, to realize that I'm probably not leaving anytime soon, I was wondering a couple of things.

Like, where I might get my hands on some tools. Things like screwdrivers and pliers and soldering irons, that sort of thing. Not so much the hammers and saws sort of tools. And also maybe where I could get a really perfect cup of coffee? The sort of coffee made by a person who takes a lot of pride in it?

Was also wondering if there's anyone here who has experience in tracking and fighting things. Unusual things.

I have a ton of tools in the garage. And I have a key to the Torchwood stuff under the house that I locked up and left when the last of them went home.

The coffee maker in the kitchen is the one Ianto picked out while he was here. I don't drink coffe, so I have no idea how to work it, but the manual must be around somewhere.

I've been sort of...a bit avoid-y about the Torchwood things, haven't I? Might wait just a bit longer on that. This probably sounds strange, but it feels like giving up. Like if I dig out the things they left behind here, I'm making it permanent.

The coffee maker, though, that I'll have a look at. Without Ianto, it won't taste nearly the same, but it'll be convenient at least.

Well... yes. Real dragons. With the fire and the wings and the horde and in some cases lousy taste in what makes a good romance novel. Though the whole virgin thing is just a myth. They don't really care.

Believe me, I know. If I'd have been given a bit more warning, I'd've shown up with a whole arsenal, not just the one gun I did arrive with.

It always did seem a bit odd, that part. Imagine how many virgins a dragon would have to go through to get a full meal. You'd think they'd run out pretty quickly.
