Help. The City turned me into a girl. Most of my clothes don't fit and I don't even know what to do about these things on my chest. Are they supposed to be this uncomfortable? Seriously, how do girls do this?

In the ongoing saga of the-city-fucking-hates-Peter, I'm a girl. I don't even fucking know. Can we hang out for a while and not talk about the fact that I have breasts?

[Peter's pretty easy going, even at moments like this. And Stiles being a bit out of sorts is an easier thing to focus on than, uh, the things on his chest.]

[And she is. She's a little jittery, instead of easy and languid, but it's like her skin doesn't fit right, too tight across her shoulders, too soft in her hips. She's in a red hoodie Julie gave Peter that first day and a pair of flannel pajama pants. Most of her clothes don't fit right, leave her alone.]

Of course. Where do you want to meet?

[ Stiles is sitting on a tree stump and he smells Peter before he arrives. A small wave and a grin and he's speaking. ]

At least you're a hot chick?

Yeah, I guess.

[Except that Roman looked at her differently and she kind of liked that, and it made her really confused. She just needed to get out, get away, not deal with this for a few. But, she pauses, tilts her head and looks at Stiles as she scents the air again. No, still there.]

You smell like a wolf. Why do you smell like a wolf?

[It's comforting in that weird way that actually being around werewolves is, and so she's just going to flop down next to him.]

We can meet by the fountain unless there's someplace easier?

Because I'm a werewolf. And so are you. So we're werewolves who aren't ourselves this weekend, neat right?

[ He offers a grin. ] Think of me as 616 Stiles instead of MCU. I'm the one who got bitten instead of Scott. Small change, whole new universe.

[Peter's leaning against the edge of the fountain, hands busy tossing an apple from hand to hand. She's in a pair of Peter's pajama pants and a red hoodie she tries to use to cover up that she doesn't have a bra on. She keeps an eye out for Lydia because she's not exactly expecting her to recognize him like this.

Neat is totally not the word I'd use for it. Though, yeah, okay, being a werewolf is pretty much amazing. But that means we can't drink together, right?

[And that's kind of lame. She grins at the explanation though, arches an eyebrow.]

Does that make you Captain Britain?

[Lydia does show up, and she does appear quite puzzled once she does, as there is no scruffy gypsy boy to be found. She does spot the young woman, though, and offer an amenable smile as she sits down on the lip of the fountain to wait.]

[She takes a deep breath and walks over, biting her bottom lip for a moment. She almost wonders if she can't just wait it out, but she feels ridiculous, and then there's Roman--]

Lydia. It's Peter. I woke up as a girl and pretty much nothing fits. Can you, uhm. Help?

[Fuck that sounds ridiculous.]

Ew, no. Don't be gross.

[ He's American, come on. ] And yeah, no drinking. I could get high but I don't know if there's wolfsbane here so you're gonna have to deal with a sober me.

Of course I can help. You need a bra like, yesterday. Come on.

[Peter laughs, shaking her head as a grin curls across her lips. Shut up, it was funny.]

Wolfsbane? What, is that like catnip for wolves? Because if so we should totally find some.

[And give it to inappropriate people. Like Derek, maybe Scott. And laugh right up until they were running for their lives. It'd be great.]

You know, Stiles said the same thing.

[But, she will obligingly let Lydia lead this expedition because she knows next to nothing about girls' clothes. She just. Doesn't even know where to start. Peter figured he'd spare himself the embarrassment of trying to do it on his own and bring in an expert.]

Alright, lead the way.

[No idea what she's getting herself into, of course.]

That you were hot, or need a bra?

[Lingerie shop first. Measuring for a bra will no doubt be an exciting experience. Lydia doesn't actually push for anything super femme, not a lot of lacy or racy. But those plain satin sets? Some cute cotton with the little bows at the front clasp and on the band at the waist on the undies? Why not?]

That I was hot. He was nice enough not to comment about the bra.

[Peter is still not one-hundred-percent on whether he should be flattered or not. But, he lets her take him to a lingerie shop, puts up with being fitted with a minimum of complaining. They're more comfortable than he expects, and not that Peter's concerned, but it does make his breasts look even better. He's rather chesty, thanks to the Rumancek genetics he never thought he'd have to worry about.

The things Lydia picks out are tasteful enough, not the fire-engine red lace that went low enough to almost make him blush. He follows her lead, lost amidst the varying colors and band widths and cup styles.]

I doubt that you'll be stuck like this. Curses end eventually, but we'd best be prepared.

[Lingerie is only one stop along the way. Actual clothes are important too. Rather than drag Peter to boutiques, she opts for stops at places that are more Old Navy-ish, or have a wide variety of styles on hand so Peter can figure out her comfort zone. Shoes, however, may be another story, because high heels are, well, high heels.]

I don't even know what to do with boobs and I've had them for years.

But lets take you bra shopping. How does that sound? Bras and beer?

With my luck lately? Impossible to tell.

[She explores the stores, asking Lydia's advice because Peter's sense of style was mostly culled from second-hand stores, and girl clothes are entirely out of his realm of knowledge anyway. She avoids anything too overly sexy or lacey, but isn't entirely against cute things. Seriously, if he's going to be stuck as a girl, like, breasts and everything, it couldn't hurt to flaunt a little, right?]

He was staring. Roman, I mean. This morning.

[Peter doesn't even know where to start. This whole being a girl just makes this whole thing so much more of a head fuck. And somehow looking at racks of shirts seems maybe not the worst place to talk about Roman, even if she's still not one-hundred-percent she actually wants to.]

Well, he would. You're pretty gorgeous. But I can understand how that might make things a feel a little complicated to you.
