A very long time ago, Russia began wars in order to capture countries and make itself larger and richer. Once it was rich, other countries began to attack it. And then, when there was no one else to fight with and all of the country's wealth was placed in very few hands, the poor fought the rich.

Although we have had peace for over a century, we are still brave and resilient and unafraid to fight when necessary.
