[It appears the tooth fairy has been replaced by the glove fairy. Jem wakes up to a pair of decent gloves under his pillow.

Nothing has gone right for him since then. With in an hour of being awake he's tripped over the end of his bed and spilled a cup of coffee.

When he switches the video on he's outside his favourite coffee shop, and for a moment, people will catch sight of his silver eyes before getting a very abrupt view of the pavement.]

My apologies.

[Jem fumbles for the communicator and it slides across the pavement away from twice before he is able to pick it up and get a firm grip on it.]

It feels likes invisible feet are tripping me up today. I can't take two steps without tripping over my own feet. It isn't like me at all.

Someone left me a pair of gloves as a present. Would anyone like to own up so I can say thank you?

[Ooc: Jem's been hit by an 'all fingers and thumbs curse'. He will be about around the city, and if your character happens to bump into him, he's contagious!]

Maybe you should sit down until this curse goes away? It sounds a lot safer than moving around.

[Jem smiles at that suggestion.]

Would you believe that sitting on a stool brings problems of its own? I would rather attempt some version of normality than spend my day falling off seats.

So far I have not seen anyone else sporting a pair of dashing new gloves.

A curse blew up a ay or so ago and people were asking for help finding pieces.

Maybe that's one of the pieces?

What will you do with the gloves?

Put them back in the curse, probably. If someone can find the stupid key that closes it.

What does the curse do that they will go back in to? Forgive the questions, I am merely curious that will be safe to hand them over.

Well it's blown up so I don't think it can reactivate...

I hope that remains the case. Where can I find you to hand them over?

[Jem does not wish to face the consequences of preventing the curse from being put back together. He got sick during the attempt to turn the curses off before.
