I wish I could say I have. This place seems more perplexing by the day.

Oh, a very ancient one. I doubt you would believe me, few people do, but it is dedicated to the science, study, and preservation of time and time travel.

Time travel exists in my world but it is a very recent development.

Oh really? Word of advice, be very careful with it. It's a very delicate dangerous business to meddle in if you're starting out. My people have a great many rules about it.

Rules would serve an important purpose.
