So here's the thing. This city? Is full of crazy stuff that no one ever suspected was even possible. I mean, if we can cope with guys who run at superhuman speeds and people from other planets, I don't exactly see the value in hiding, especially when you're dealing the scientific improbabilities of transdimensional pocket universes that exist outside the forward movement of time and there isn't even a wardrobe to explain it.

So my thought is? Let your freak flag fly. Who's going to persecute you here? Who's going to tell you that you're impossible, and shouldn't exist? Not me. And maybe there's other people just like you here, or maybe kind of the same, or just a -leetle- different since the rules from their universe don't apply. Wouldn't you want to meet them? Wouldn't you want to know more?

You're in the one place where you don't have to hide. Unless you're like...an axe murderer or something. But if you still feel safer keeping things on the DL, tell you what. [ Sometimes he thinks he's the only sensible one in their ragtag group and that's saying something if it's Stiles Stilinski. ] You don't know who could show up here! Okay so there's aliens and probably vampires and whatever the hell - but someone could have a vendetta for banshees. Banshees could have killed their parents. We could literally be housing the Beacon Hills version of Batman. You could die.

This is the only place we're going to live where no one's going to care about whatever kind of weird banshee thing I can do and what's more, actually help me with it. And you know what? If there's anyone else here who was scared like I was because something similar is happening to them like what happened to me, they know they're not alone now, and that's worth the risk. Do you know how many people have told me it didn't matter? Or have offered to help me try to figure out the things about myself I don't understand yet? Let me give you a hint: none of them came from Beacon Hills.

There's always a concern for risk and the idea that people might try to hurt me or take advantage of me. I know what it's like. But around here there's this one guy who runs super fast - like he turns into a blur. And another girl who can ride a broomstick, no lie. And there's one kid who is an actual zombie.

The way i see it, there's always going to be bad or evil people in the world but if we let them dictate our choices then what's the point? I helped someone the other day because of what I am, and it felt good. Better than fear-stink because I want to hide like I'm a freak.
