When people are talking about curses, they're talking about all that mess that happened Saturday and Sunday. Got it. I do have a question though, does it happen to everyone? Is there any person here that hasn't had a curse happen to them?
One more thing, I guess I need a job. Anybody hiring? My name is Roman Godfrey. I don't do windows. I don't like kids. I shouldn't work weekends. If I ever go back I am going to graduate. All my references are back home too. What a problem this is.

[Neil. Neil...he's looking for reason :(]

[Never any rhyme or reason in these parts, friend.]
It's not so bad though, really. Most of them. Sometimes they're almost kind of fun.

[:( But. But.]
What was the last fun one you had?

[Neil takes a moment to think on that.]
Recently? Well, being a pirate wasn't so bad. And we had a visitors' day not too long ago; I always like those. Sometimes it's the City that's cursed, really, more than people-- everything changes and we have festivals, things like that. Strange weather. Midsummer snow. Sometimes those are fun.

[And gross by his own tastes. So judgmental.]
Being a pirate sounds badass. I don't know about the rest of it. I'll take your word for it I guess.
I'm Roman.

You can't have been here more than a week, I guess? Are you settling in okay?

If by okay you mean living in something like a halfway house and with government money then yeah. I'm settling okay.
