[This begins to play as Rose is entirely unaware of it. And what follows...]

Rose reappears back in the parallel world. No longer is there the darkness of night. Her face is still a mask of disappointment. She’s back in the laboratory as technicians monitor certain equipment. Mickey rushes towards her clearly alarmed.

"Rose, where the hell have you been? Your mum’s been worried sick."

"Felt like going for a bit of a stroll," she says flatly digging into her pocket to pull out her dimension jumper. She stares at it.

"You can’t keep doing that without authorization. You could’ve gotten killed out there."

"Well I didn’t, yeah? Besides I can take care of myself, Mickey." The blonde is obviously upset, glaring at her friend.

"Rose you don’t know what you’re jumping into out there."

A technician walks up to Rose with a scanner device, running it over her.

"How many times do I have to say it? Stop it with that thing!" she glares at the technician trying to shoo him away before walking off leaving Mickey to just look at her helplessly.

Rose stops and looks over her shoulder at Mickey. "We’ll try again tomorrow."

Mickey just looks on as the technician whispers something in his ear.

"Rose..."

"We’ll try again tomorrow and that’s final. I’ll see you at dinner." she says sternly before leaving the room.
