Food and clean water are available inside the safe zone, electricity is available but not promised to work all the time everywhere 8( The Deities and their minions will be shuttling citizens to the jump gate daily but only after their papers have been filed with the immigration office inside the safe zone. Outside the safe zone the City is still slowly decaying, leaving husks of buildings, some still standing but for how long? The Square is still standing strong against the sand even though its Fountain is drying up and the Carousel is chugging along...slowly and crumbling. Previous info can be found here!]
