[Melissa appears on camera, wearing her nursing scrubs, looking more than a little frazzled. Her jaw is set and she also looks pissed in addition to frazzled. Look out, mom on a rampage.]

Okay, you know what? It can't hurt, here goes nothing. I get here somehow I don't quite remember, and I'm told that talking to a bunch of strangers on-line will answer all my questions. I really hope that's the case, because I'm not feeling in the mood for any games.

So, tell me where I am please? And how I can get home? I don't have any on-line names, you can just call me Melissa. I don't mean to be rude, but I have a job to do and a son to raise and a mortgage to pay. So...I gotta go.

[He STRONGLY considers doing the "too slow!" thing, but opts against it because that would be a jerk move. He's not that immature.]

Not a nurse. Uh...more like superhero. Hence the red spandex. It's not actually spandex but...yeah, close enough.

...I didn't want to judge. I figured you were a bicyclist or something. Lifestyle choice. ...Really a superhero? Like...comic books and movies?

Lifestyle choice? Heh, like I'm into-- I mean, not that there's anything wrong with -- I mean in college, I dated a chick who--

ANYWAY, uh, I've never had a comic book or movie made about me before, but I know people who have? I used to endorse energy bars?

[Oh jeez this is probably that whole "Fictional" thing Scott was telling her about. She's not enough of a comic nerd to know who he is...probably for the best.]

The good kind, right? With chocolate crispies?

[Wally would probably like knowing that in an alternate universe, people are playing with toys in his likeness and making comics about him - but he would probably insist they were getting him all wrong.]

Oh no, they sucked. They got me into a whole lotta trouble...but student loans, you know? They did keep me full though. I miss being full.

[Audible cartoonish tummy growl!]

[Confusion is a go. And nursing instincts kick in.]

Why can't you be full? Is it a medical condition?

[It's really interesting hearing a side effect of his powers being referred to as a "medical condition".]

Uh, yeah, sorta. I mean, I can be full! I just have a really quick metabolism. I have to eat every few hours to function at tip-top. I just gotta find a job while I'm here to fund my appetite, but it seems kinda pointless 'cause I don't figure I'll be here too long, y'know?

[He's awful sheepish as he talks, scratching the back of his head and the like. He's never talked to a medical practitioner not in the league about this before.]

...You have to eat every few hours. Like, how few? Three? Four? Less than that?

[She is fascinated! Look out, Wally, she's gonna have a stethoscope up against your chest soon.]

Although if you're counting on going home soon, you might want to rethink that. My son says this is for the long haul.

Yeah, about every three hours, depending on what I had before. I usually try to have a light snack between meals. Maybe like three or four burgers.

[His heartbeat probably sounds like a hummingbird's wings. She'll have loads of fun with THAT.]

I've been to the barrier a few times already. I probably just need to find the right frequency to move through it. Probably need to apply some physics, though. Last time I tried, I got a good bonk on the head.

[Telling Flash he can't do something is pretty much impossible.]
