I am not showing my face because it's all gross and stuff. At first I thought it was just allergies or just that time of month when your face just has have a stuffy nose, no matter what season.

[ So she drank some rum for her troubles. It worked that one time, she honestly didn't think it wouldn't work again. Darcy hates her life. ]

Before I go out and potentially waste my time, I just wanna do if there's the whole show-your-ID-for-cold medicine.

I believe medicine can be procured as long as you have money. I've never heard of them asking for "ID"s.

This is a strange occurrence, though... I thought the illness to be part of a curse, but it's persisted for a few days. Could The City be under a plague?

It's a bad time to bear witness to them or even participate... for once, none of us know when it's going to end, but procuring medicine is a wise choice. We should get as much as possible to distribute to everyone.

Maybe the healthy people can distribute the medicine? That way the sick ones won't make things worst by getting people sick for handling medicine.

Yes, it is better to quarantine those who are ill in case the diseases are infectious, but so far, the symptoms are rather varied. I can't tell if it's one simple disease or many. That may be difficult to cure with just one thing.

[ It's a good thing Darcy has this on audio, 'cause there's a small grin forming on her lips as she hears Thor, of all people, trying to guilt-trip her. Jane is the sort of person who would be totally frazzled and upset that Mother Nature has taken down her mighty intern and rend her unable to help Jane in her quest for science, but still be really concerned that she'll make Dr. Selvig the caretaker for her caretaker.

Of course, if Jane was the one sick as a dog, she'll keep on working because science motherfuckers. ]

Sort of. People like to get some medicine to get high, which can mess up your body big time. Some places I know have those IDs just for that reason alone.
