Victors are the winners of the Hunger Games. It's where 24 kids, two from each of the twelve districts, are picked at random to be thrown into an arena to kill each other each year. The one left standing is the winner. The fuckers in the capital just watch, making bets on the kids and never fearing their children could be next.

After that, the Victors get to train the ones from their districts that are chosen each year. They get to help the kids by sucking up to the capital people so they will send gifts too. It's a fucked up place.
