Rather a pleasant start to this month, isn't it? After all the upset last month I tend to think we deserve a break.
Most of all I'm pleased to return to running my business as I see fit, with the ludicrous curfew lifted and some semblance of order restored. Between that and the unexpected influx, I think it's high time for the celebration I'd intended last month.
So: tourists and Citizens alike, I'll stand you your first drink at the Wolf's Den; after that, you're on your own charming those with cash to spare.
[ooc; he's post Argentina, please don't spoil him on Helter Skelter, and no other Isaaks of course, otherwise I'm basically good with all shenanigans! Also open for random action @ the bar all weekend if you like ;3]

So, the stranger gets a friendly nod.]

Are you the owner?

[he answers easily, nothing if not proud of the fact. He leans in a bit, nodding slightly.]
Isaak.

[He is, if nothing else, keenly aware that he has no power here, and maybe for once that feeling is delicious.]
Nice bar.

This place might as well be part of the USSR.
[Kid's from the wrong era (and quite dismayed by the number of Russians in this place), please forgive him. Or don't, that's more fun.]

Perhaps you'd prefer a bar owned by someone of Japanese descent. I'm sure, in a City this size, there must be several.

I have no business being in a bar, I was just curious.

Luckily, being the social butterfly he is, Isaak isn't hard to find, sitting in a comfortable seat at the end of the bar.]
Re: GOOD
This is very nice.

[he agrees, with an expansive wave toward the few empty seats by him.]

You may be giving out a lot of free drinks today. The place is overrun with visitors.

[This isn't quite the "HEY YOU SHOULD MEET MY SHIPMATES I HEAR THE CAPTAIN LOVES TO DRINK HE WILL BE A GREAT CUSTOMER :D" that Pavel is tempted to start out with. Easing into it, yep.]
