Rather a pleasant start to this month, isn't it? After all the upset last month I tend to think we deserve a break.

Most of all I'm pleased to return to running my business as I see fit, with the ludicrous curfew lifted and some semblance of order restored. Between that and the unexpected influx, I think it's high time for the celebration I'd intended last month.

So: tourists and Citizens alike, I'll stand you your first drink at the Wolf's Den; after that, you're on your own charming those with cash to spare.

[They have that in common, then. Isaak is more than a bit pleased himself. By and large patrons coming in for a free first have been paying for their seconds, and after the rather lean June revolution, it's a relief to see the place busy.

So, the stranger gets a friendly nod.]

Oh, I assure you, I've been a capitalist for quite some time, and have never been in terribly good standing with the Party.

Perhaps you'd prefer a bar owned by someone of Japanese descent. I'm sure, in a City this size, there must be several.

[Ah, but you're neighbours; he'd stand you a drink anyway. Isaak is a businessman, but his business so often serves his pleasures.

Luckily, being the social butterfly he is, Isaak isn't hard to find, sitting in a comfortable seat at the end of the bar.]
