And I thought Jabberwock Island was crazy! I thought meteor showers were freak accidents that only happened in science fiction movies . . .

[He looks up at the buildings around him.]

Lucky that they didn't hit any of the apartment buildings, huh? [He gives the camera a veiled smile.]

Wait a minute. It's moving -

[He takes a step back. The meteor cracks open, and then a slithering, lightning-fast . . . worm??? . . . suddenly emerges from the fragments. Nagito lets out a yell as it snaps at him. It then slithers away, hissing angrily and devouring things in its path.]

What was that?!

I'm alright, miss. Thanks for your concern, but I don't think those worms would pay attention to trash like me. I think they'd much rather eat things or people with value.

Beasts aren't very picky when hungry. I wouldn't say it's out of the question so long as there is some meat left on your body. On the other hand...do they even eat people? I thought worms only enjoy plants?

I would say that they look like carnivorous worms, but I think they're more like goats in the sense that they eat anything. If they could eat a fire hydrant, I'm sure they would.

[They probably could, but he doesn't want to see it happen.]

[ She's not sure what a fire hydrant is, but if it can eat anything that's on fire, then it does sound like a force to be reckoned with. ]

That's not the most reassuring thing to hear, but I am fine. I haven't encountered any yet. I wonder if they have any weaknesses... did you get a good look at it in action?
