[Unlike the people who panic, get angry, or ask a lot of questions, Yin just stares at the screen for a moment. It isn't that she's level-headed, but there is a distinct lack of concern for her situation. After all, the real reason for even doing this is to let Hei know of her presence.]

I have read the guides. [What she doesn't mention is she's also read a good number of entries. She hopes everyone takes that to mean as she understands the situation, curses and all. There's no introduction - you don't need her name - just the background behind her. A moonlit night, silvery snow glistening around Yin, and the frozen over fountain not far behind her.] And understand this place is referred to as the City.

[What's not noticeable in the video is her feet are in a puddle of freezing slush, bare. She barely even shivers from the effort and continues, determined Hei will find her.]

[ooc: Feel free to meet her in action by the fountain, but she will not go anywhere with anyone that isn't Hei, for now. She won't say why, either. In the future she'll allow people to take her home and dress her up.]

[Korra is walking home from the hospital when she passes the fountain, sees a girl sitting in thin clothes, her bare feet in the slush. She's exhausted, almost too empty to care.

But not quite.]

Hey. Are you all right?

[It's okay, Korra. She doesn't expect anyone to stop, or to care. You can save that energy.]

[In fact, Yin doesn't even look in Korra's direction and answers blandly.]

Yes.

[That would be the sensible thing to do, but Korra isn't a Contractor.]

You're gonna get sick if you don't put your shoes back on.

[Yin gives her a brief look at that.]

I'll be fine. [Then goes back to searching for Hei.]

You've heard of hypothermia, right?

[She sits down next to the girl. She's not quite ready to go home and explain what happened to Jinora and Tohru. She might as well stick around with the weirdo awhile. Make sure she doesn't hurt herself.]

[She's that unconcerned about it.]

[She probably should give the girl the spiel, but what the girl is doing is much more interesting.]

[And that was the most explanation Korra could look forward to. She did, at least, remove her feet from the water and replace her socks, though.]

[And she's not about to approach Hei while this new person is there. She'll have to wait until she leaves.]

[This conversation is going nowhere. Korra shakes her head and stands.]
