[ The screen seems a little fuzzy, this being a broadcast of knitted memories flowing swiftly from one to another. Asami can be seen at the probending arena as the boys pack, her mansion with Mako and Bolin, and later racing with Korra. When her father is accused of being an Equalist, she stands by him; mistakenly, as it turns out. Choosing to go against him, this rehash is largely made up of things leading up to that turning point in the underground factory when she first uses an electric-shock glove to fight her way free of her father's twisted vision.

More than that, she's oblivious to this post as it airs her dirty laundry until the replies filter in. ]

[That morning, Korra strolls into the apartment, trying to look totally cool and chill and like she hadn't been out all day and night with Li. As a child. She isn't sure what upsets her more -- spending that much time with Li, or having her powers back for just a day.

All she really wants to do is hide in her room for awhile, maybe hug Naga, but Asami's there when she gets in.]

Oh! Hey Asami. How goes this?

[Awkward Avatar is awkward. RIght now she's just trying to cover up her own upset, but she'll notice Asami's distress soon enough.]

Yeah! Everything's fine.

[ Rubbing her eyes and flicking hair aside out of them as she straightens. Wow, sneaky Avatar. ]

Hey, what's up?

[That wasn't very convincing, Asami. Korra frowns, effectively distracted from her own feelings.]

You sure you're all right? Did Mako do something stupid? I can hit him for you if you want.

No, it wasn't Mako.

[ Handing her the communicator. ]

[Every emotion is visible on Korra's face -- sadness, disgust, anger.]

[She's going to PUNCH THEM IN THE FACE.]

It did it itself, I have no idea how it got into my head like that.

[ It feels, weirdly enough, like this violation of privacy cuts a lot deeper than it could have by dragging in her dad. ]

You should be careful around yours, Korra.

I think I've been cursed enough for one weekend.

[Hesitantly, she rests a hand on Asami's shoulder.]

Nothing. It's fine.

[ Sighing, her arm slings under Korra's and she gives her a wan smile. ]

Maybe a hug?

[Korra immediately pulls Asami close. She can do hugs. She can't go back in time and keep the video from going onto the network, or stop Mr. Sato from being a huge jerk, but she can hold her friend tight.]
