Either way, City Solutions isn't named City Solutions without a reason. You need a motorcycle or car, we've got 'em for you. After a down payment, proof of credit, and about a month to slap one together, of course.

I have experience with engineering, computer programming, encryption--sir, there is very little that I cannot do, given time, and I have small devices from my time that I believe can be replicated. [He says all of this very seriously.]
