I seem to require a bit of assistance. Or at least an explanation.

I'm not sure who can hear me. How many other people have been brought here under similar circumstances? Are any of you listening?

My name is Gabriel, the elemental angel of water and the chief of the cherubims. I'd like to know if I was brought here for a reason, and what the reason might be. If there's anything I can do to help, I promise to assist you however I can.

I'd like to know how I was brought there, too. This isn't the kind of thing that ‐ oh my! What is that?

Sounds like you don't remember this place either, huh?

I... no, I don't. Are you telling me I should? [She frowns delicately as a butterfly lands in her hair.] What is there to remember?

Ah, yeah. Still can't find a way out of here. [He frowns and looks away.]

I guess not. Sometimes people come back and don't remember being here. You were here before.

Was I? I must confess, I'm not sure how to react to that. I'm not used to forgetting entire dimensions.

There is no reason other than the amusement of those in charge.

Uh, well, it happens. People come back and don't remember stuff all the time, apparently. We sometimes come from different points in time, too. So maybe it's something like that?

[A little hesitation.]

Hey, since you know me, does that mean you're aware of Sara and everything? Do you know how she's doing?

[There is a slight pause on Gabriel's end. She bristles a little.]

It's not like you to be so forthcoming with information.

I see. Perhaps. I'm afraid I don't know enough yet to confirm or deny your theory. I'd appreciate any information about your situation that you would be willing to offer me, Messiah.

Of course. I've been aware of everything Sara did while I slept inside of her. She is a strong girl. I have faith she will be fine.

[He bites back the stupid impulse to say Sara's name. It was obvious enough from the first sentence who it really was.]

How did you get here, exactly?

My situation? [He might have slight appalled look.] What do you mean?

[He nods to that, mouth tightly closed. He has other questions, but.... No. It doesn't seem right. She just got here.]

It is easy enough information to obtain so there is no reason for this One to with hold it.

[She can read body language well enough, and Setsuna is open enough, that she can tell he wants to ask her something else.] It's alright. You can ask me more, if you want. I know how badly you must want to know about her. But I can't answer your questions if I don't know what they are.

[A shadow falls over Gabriel's face. She tries to decide what to say to him.]

Raphael. Yes. I'm fine.

[She normally doesn't venture far from her apartment or the Welcome Center to do this, but in case she needs to do another tour, it seems best. After seeing the post, she approaches Xanadu, light on her feet, barely audible. She has a slow pace, and her expression never changes from one of what would be apathy, if Yin could even feel apathetic.]

[Yin is soft-spoken, her tone almost flat.]

If there is a reason for why you were brought here it remains unknown. As far as records indicate, everyone is brought here in the same manner.

If you have need for assistance, I work at the Welcome Center, across from the fountain. There is information on housing and clothing for those in need.
