[ Bucky's device is sitting in the hall of his apartment building where he put it ages ago. Of course these things seem to have a mind of their own so he doesn't really notice when it starts rolling. Because he's busy, shirt sleeves rolled up and a broom in his hands. His landlady's door is open and there's music drifting out but Bucky's more concerned with what he's doing. Of course he had to help her, you couldn't grow up in the era that he did and not.
Which is why he's sweeping away the remainder of the curse. He bends to pick up stuff as he goes, soaked phonebooks and catelogues that have been waiting for their owner, the front of his shirt stained with water but he doesn't really care. Of course when he moves to toss the stuff in his waiting garbage can he spots his device, lifts it up.
His grin is crooked and wide though, as though all of this makes him feel good. Maybe it does. ] Glad to see the City ain't trying to be Atlantis anymore. [ Leaning against the handle of the broom now. ] We'll get it back to normal soon.
[ Which is Bucky speak for help the old ladies, City. You better or he'll judge you. With his fists. ]

She says she wants to throw this away - I think it's kind of a waste, but she says there's not saving it now. Do you want to go help me find her a new one?
