Looks like I'm in search of a job. I heard there were a few clubs around; so, if anyone's in need, I've got more than enough experience with security in less than...typical situations. [And since there doesn't seem to be a issue here with the information] Human or vampire in nature.
[After she ends, the device decides to add a little show of its own without her knowledge. A not so happy little memory by the way.]
[There's a large commotion playing out, a fight between a single large male with long black hair against an entire group. He's hopelessly outnumbered, but it doesn't seem to deter him from his goal. The fighter comes to a complete stop however when Xhex comes into view.]
"You shouldn't have come."
"How could I not rescue you nalla?"
[She should have been proud that he thought she was worth saving, that she was worthy of his reckless affection. She should have told him--she wasn't worth it. The look in his eyes when sees hers, when he realizes the truth seals it.]
"Sin-eater." [He laughs, harsh, cruel as if some giant joke has finally been explained.] "I should have known."
[It's not the slur but the hatred and pain behind the words that hurt her more.]
"When were you planning on telling me? It matters not." [Behind the words, the emotion comes through--I never want to see you again.
Xhex just stands there unable to say anything else as he's taken away.]
