What's the Rapture?

The Rapture is a ridiculous religious relic. Rapture is the name of my city.

I designed it myself, and then hired the best to help me build it.

Certainly not. This city is nothing compared to my city.

What's so great about your city, then?

[rianofski]

It's difficult to know where to begin, but imagine this, if you will. A city where no scientist, artist, or industrialist need fear governmental control, where no censorship can tell you what you can and can't do with your own ideas, where you're free to earn money as you see fit, without having your business taken away from you by socialist policies. A place where people can be who they want, can choose what they want, and can become wealthy doing so. A place where the only limit to your achievement is yourself, and what you choose.

[How much of this is bullshit? It's difficult to tell.]

And, of course, we have plenty of diverting entertainments for children.

We have a wonderful amusement park, huge toy stores... and of course, we recognize that children have free will just as adults do. You'd find much more freedom in my city than you would anywhere on the surface.

It's an extremely technologically advanced city. We have sunshine, of a sort.
