Okay. Here we go.

[He's finally figured out how to use the video, although it's a bit shaky, as he's obviously walking somewhere.]

Two questions that I think people who've been here for longer than me -- so that'd be anyone who's been here for longer than, oh, two weeks, you poor bastards -- can answer.

First of all, where's the best place to get decent liquor around here? It's not exactly legal back home, so I'm reeling with the possibilities, you could say.

[A slight grin.]

Second of all, what kinda jobs can you get around here? I gotta do something to keep me busy, or I'm gonna go insane.

I was in the military during the war. Went to college a little bit before that, but...

[He shrugs.]

After I got outta the military, I guess you could say I did some entrepreneurial stuff. Some protection type jobs.

[Translation: He beats people up if they mess with his bosses.]

Yes and completely legal.

I own Eden, which is ironically a 20's styled bar. Speakeasy ambiance, but minus the low quality alcohol and raids.

Yeah, I'm human. And yeah, maybe I've had some passing association with the mob.

Unlike the topside's population, Underground's is not primarily human. Have to know how to carry yourself. Not all conflicts can be avoided and or solved by violence.

I don't have a problem with how I carry myself. Trust me.

I wanted to know the best place, not just any place. You look hard enough, you can find alcohol in someone's bathtub. Doesn't mean you want it.

And apparently damn honest.

Try the Coliseum, it's kind of ratty but it's got a good clientele. I hear the Blue Light's okay but it's practically run by teenagers, so I ain't getting near that shit. There are a few places underground that are probably worth the while. There's a joint down by building seven that has good drinks and the girls dance. Terrible food, though. Don't eat there.

Honestly, sometimes the choice between drunk and blind is harder than you might think.

Ratty is fine. Usually means it's cheaper.
