'm just gonna chalk this up to some future thing I don't get, but whatever it is, it ain't funny.

[ It's audio simply because Bucky doesn't quite want to broadcast I got tortured by HYDRA and all I got was this lousy t-shirt. He still has to go to work though, has to be a normal human being for once even if all he wants to do is set the damn thing on fire. Whether or not he's out of it is optional the mood he's in. ]

Anyone care t'explain it?

[He is actually getting home at eight in the morning, and he's shedding his armor when he finally sees Bucky's shirt.

[ Crossing his arms over his chest immediately. As if that will obscure the message any. ]

I- yes. Sorry I wasn't home but.

What are you wearing?

It's a curse.

[ It's a curse and he hates it, nervous and horrible energy coursing through him. What is it with this place and reminding him of it? ]

Anything happen? [ Because he's going to at least act like this is normal and okay. ]

Nothing too bad.

[He stares at it for another second]

You headed to work? This schedule is making me crazy.

Later. I'm helping open up. [ He's just awake early for once.

He pauses, then turns to head into the kitchen because he can still see Steve and put the coffee machine on at the same time. ] You look like you need to sleep, buddy.

[Steve looks at Bucky and then the coffee]

Give me a mug, I'll be okay for a couple hours.

[ He keeps his head tilted down while he pours, makes himself busy. ]

So what's nothing too bad?

Just a couple of calls. A couple of people making too much noise.

[He reaches for his mug]

[He takes a sip of his coffee and sits down at the table]

[ He's not. He wants to hit something.

But all he does do is lean against the counter, cradling the cup in his hands and trying not to see the lettering of his shirt out of the corner of his eye. ] Might go down to the Range after work though. Getting rusty.

[Steve looks up for a second, slightly worried]

Gym just got in new punching bags, too.

[ A sip of his too warm coffee. ] Are you banned from there yet?

I pay for the punching bags.

[He's kind of sheepish about it, but serious, too.]

[ Huffing a small laugh. ]

I'll leave 'em to you.

[He huffs out a little, too.]

[ Placing his coffee cup down. ]

[He takes another drink.]
