Skulking. Stalking people. Whatever sinister way you want to describe it. Bucky's basically waging war on the City with his fancy pants water gun and his military aim. Isn't that unfortunate? Especially with the way he pounces out of the shadows to aim and hit his unsuspecting victim square in the chest. ]
