Since it's my first time speaking here, I guess introductions are in order all around. But, before that—speaking of introductions, I see we've had a few prior attempts at a city census here and there. That sort of form really assumes too much, doesn't it?

Let's begin with something simpler.

How many of you would say that you're human?

I'm telling you they call the shots around here. As far as community management goes, though, they're not the ones signing off the paperwork.

But that's just what I mean. If the rulers aren't taking on their paperwork, who is? If, rather than introduce myself, I'd said, "take me to your leader!", would anyone in the City have known where to go?

That's assuming there's paperwork to begin with. But from what I understand, there used to be a Warden position. Got done away with a while ago, though.
