[Raikov's looking rather chipper - perhaps even a bit smug. All that can be seen in the video is mostly his upper body, bit of a pencil, and what appears to be Café Juliet behind him. He seems to be writing something... or perhaps drawing]

I'm rather enjoying today, even with having to hug people I'd normally not do so to.

[The Russian stops to tap the pencil against his bottom lip, smirking at the device]

Seems some of you can't handle our style of embracing though. I've heard all too many backs cracking and uncomfortable grunting throughout the day. Tsk tsk...

[He goes back to drawing, and when he speaks again, it's in Russian]

[Volgin is in the apartment, topless (and quite possibly naked). He feels funny today. For instance, upon waking this morning, he acted automatically on the strange compulsion to embrace the hell out of Raikov. Hugging Raikov isn't something out of character, even if he isn't a terribly huggy type (for anyone else, it's more for the sake of suffocation), but today, it felt disturbingly right enough that it bypassed any strict inhibitions he had.

And those strict inhibitions were there and unquestioningly maintained for a reason.]

[Of course Raikov enjoys the view. It is Volgin, after all. That morning had been nice as well. This certainly wasn't a bad curse.]

[Ivan isn't bad to hug though. Maybe he just wanted to ... hug Raikov.

But the network seems to be indicating others with a similar sort of... inhibition problem. He can't be among them.]
