[ Yo, citizens! There's a new face on the network, a rather pretty brunette, with a thin smile. She looks... slightly damp and kind of tired, although no worse for the wear otherwise. She may have just crawled out of the fountain (although she was glad to see that her bow and arrows, slung over her shoulder, didn't meet the same fate). She's sitting next to the fountain still, her device propped up on her knees, and she's trying really hard to be strong, even if she's really confused. ] So... I talked to a feel people after I got here, and they all said pretty much the same thing. I'm stuck here, right? And there's some kind of carousel, and I should use this to reach out to people who are like me. Stuck here, I mean.

[ She takes a deep breath and lets out a puff of air. ] My name's Allison. I'm from a place called Beacon Hills, and there's some things going on there that I really, really, need to be home for. Is there really no way back?

[Lydia doesn't quite shriek the name, but she's so, so relieved and grateful to see this face.]

Oh my god, you're by the fountain? I'll come get you. Has Scott messaged you yet? He will. Trust me. I'll explain this place, but it's still going to sound crazy. Are you okay?

[ Oh my god. Oh my GOD. Allison sits up straighter, and she's so glad to see you, Lydia, you have no idea, you're okay after what that stupid teacher did to you, and maybe there are tears springing up a little in her eyes, okay, shut up, Lydia is her best friend and she can cry if she wants to. ] I'm fine. If it's crazy compared to what's going on back home, then I don't really know if I want to know.

[lefthandedgenius]

Keep talking to me. Trust me, it'll keep you from getting too wigged about this place that is the crazy.

What's the last thing that happened before you showed up here?

[This is important. It'll tell Lydia, most importantly, when Allison is from. She already knows where.]

Um, the hospital. Right after everything happened at the school, my dad Isaac and I went to go help Scott rescue Derek's sister. I was disguised as Miss Blake, so the Alphas would come after me instead of her and Derek, and my dad and I fought them off so Isaac could get away with Cora and everyone else.

[lefthandedgenius]

Okay, so here's a weird thing, brace yourself, right? I mean more weird than all of this. This place it...pulls people from different realities, and not just different realities, but from different points in their timelines.

[Are you following this, Allison?]

So um, stuff has happened to me that hasn't happened for you yet. And likewise Scott and Stiles and Derek.

[overdraws]

[ She's only believing this because it's you, Lydia, and she made a promise to herself that she wouldn't ever second guess Lydia again. ] Okay...?

[lefthandedgenius]

So some of us know stuff that's going to happen to you when and if you go back to where we're from. And the way it works is...when and if you do go back, you'll go back to the exact moment you left, and you won't remember this place at all. Unless you come back again and then you might remember, but you might not.

[Lydia gets a little excited talking about transdimensional physics, okay.]

[overdraws]

[ At least she's using English!! Allison nods faintly, obviously trying to wrap her head around it. ] Like... time travel?

[lefthandedgenius]

[Lydia beams in approval. Gold star, Allison!] Yes. But also other realities - dimensional travel, too.

[overdraws]

[ A nod. ] So what does that mean for me?

[lefthandedgenius]

It means I know things that will to you that you haven't experienced yet. And when you see Scott and Stiles and Derek, they may know more or less than you know because again, different points in time. Make sense?

I hope so, because I'm almost there.

[overdraws]

I think so. [ She grimaces a little. ]

I'm afraid it only gets crazier from here.

[ Allison sighs. ] Great.

[Take heart Allison, because within a moment that familiar strawberry blonde head is like a flag designed to catch your eye. And then of course, she all but tackles Alison into a hug, which fortunately does not end in the fountain.

Also, there might be some teary-eyed action going on up in here.]

[overdraws]

[ The very second she lays her eyes on Lydia, Allison scrambles to her feet, catching her best friend in a hug and squeezing tight. ] I'm so glad you're here...!

[lefthandedgenius]

Me too, me too.

[Seriously. It's a long time spent just hugging, and even when it's over Lydia's still grasping her hands.]

Okay, so. You're totally gonna come home with me, right? I'll kick Stiles out of his bedroom and make him sleep on the couch.

[She so will.]

[overdraws]

[ Allison's not pulling away any time soon either. At Lydia's words, she blinks once, and then again. ] You live with Stiles? [ There's a small quirk to her lips as she asks. And then a pause. ] You don't have to do that.

[affectioning]

[ His first thought is that some selfish part of him made this happen. He's half expecting Isaac or his mom to be right behind her. But, Scott knows he's not that powerful. Nobody is. It's the City's doing. It's decided she can come back. He's mixed about it. Sure, they were together again - but Isaac had been involved. With the both of them. And it's been two months. Though, do you ever get over your first love? He'll always have a place in his heart for Allison. He's sure of that.

Is she... wet? ]

There's no way back if we want one. The City can send you back. Obviously. Because you're back. [ Except, it sounds like she doesn't remember being here so he probably said too much. ] Did it drop you in the fountain?

[lefthandedgenius]

[Lydia's lips press together tightly for a moment.] He's my roommate. Has the second bedroom, helps with the rent. And are you kidding me? You'd do the same. Try and deny it.

[overdraws]

Oh! Oh. Okay. [ She's smiling, though, because Lydia's completely right. ] He can stay, right? I really don't feel right just kicking him out.

[overdraws]

[ Lydia hadn't been wrong. It wasn't that Allison wasn't glad to see him; right now any familiar face was good, especially with what Lydia had told her over the device. And it wasn't that she wasn't not glad, either. She's conflicted, but she's getting better at hiding it.

Sort of.

Allison bites her lip briefly before responding, and she's about to answer his fountain question before the other thing he said catches her attention. ] Back? What are you talking about?

[affectioning]

You - Lydia didn't tell you. The City brought you here once. This summer. But, it sent you back. Isaac was here. My mom. I know it doesn't make any sense...

[overdraws]

And it brought me back? What about your mom? [ She doesn't want to discuss Isaac with Scott. Not right now. Maybe not ever. ]

[lefthandedgenius]

Of course not, it's his place too. I'm just going to make him apply some chivalry.

[Lydia is fairly certain she can accomplish this.]
