[When Theo comes into the casino today he's not alone. He has girl with him. No, strike that, a very striking woman. She towers over him by a good few inches, with blonde, almost white blonde as opposed to Theo's more sickly blond, hair that flows down her back in waves and legs that go a long way down.

She's also wearing a wedding band, one similar to Theo's.]

And this is where I've been working. I think the last time you were here it was a big party... but that was for Meyer's birthday. Let's see who's around here and I can introduce you to people.

[Of course he's going to immediately notice when they walk into the casino, and look up from the bar where he's rearranging some of the bottles to give them a small smile. He's used to these weekends by now.]

If I remember correctly, we didn't stay that long.

[Adrienne laughs and then sees the guy behind the bar. Perhaps this is a casino entirely staffed by short people? Though between the combination of being six feet tall and wearing four-inch-heels, it's actually pretty hard to find someone taller than Adrienne.]

Hi, I'm Adrienne.

[Admittedly, the casino does have a rather short group of people working there, the owner being the shortest of all -- other than the ten year old, which doesn't really count.]

Welcome to Lucky's, Adrienne. I'm Meyer. Has Theo been giving you the tour?

Yeah, since I didn't see much of the city last time.

[Thanks to the weekend-long sex marathon.]

So, you're the boss?

You could put it that way. I own the place.

[He's definitely the boss. And yet, some of his employees are awfully difficult to boss around, her husband included.]

You want a drink?

And runs it fairly well, too.

[Isn't that most of his employees?]

Close enough.

[That's where being his wife comes in handy.

Alcohol doesn't actually do much to her, but she likes the taste. And freaking guys out by beating them in drinking contests.]

Yeah, sure. Hit me with your best shot.

[He nods and goes back behind the bar, pulling down some bottles and beginning to mix a drink together.]

We'll see what you think about this one. Some people find it too strong.

[But she had said 'hit me with your best shot,' so he's going to do so. He glances in Theo's direction after a few moments.]

You planning on taking tonight off, since your wife's here?

I'll give you an honest review.

[She takes a seat at the bar, waiting for her drink.]

I don't mind watching him work, if you don't mind me being here. I'm pretty sure we can find enough time for sex anyway.

[He slides the drink across the bar and shakes his head with amusement, somehow managing to keep the blush off of his face when she says that last part.]

I don't mind you being here. I never complain about having more people in the casino.

[Boo! She wanted the blush. She takes a sip of the drink and nods.]

That's pretty good. I like it. Maybe I'll even play a few rounds of cards- I promise, no matter what Theo's said about me, I don't tear people's arms off when I don't win.

Theo didn't say you were a fan of tearing arms off, but I'll still make sure my bouncer keeps an eye on you, just in case.

[And then he turns to nod at Theo.]

You can leave early tonight if you want.

Nah, usually I go for explosions but tearing arms off does cause less widespread property damage and I'd hate to break the place.

[After all, Theo works there. She can't deprive her husband of a job, how would he continue to be the primary breadwinner?]

I wouldn't exactly appreciate you breaking the place, either. Hopefully you can keep your explosions to yourself.

Am I making you nervous?

[She finishes her drink, clearly amused by the thought.]

Don't worry. They don't let you in the army unless you only blow things up on purpose.
