[The (Second) Doctor wakes up in what looks like a small space with a full-length mirror. He’s lying next to a pile of women’s clothing. He’s not sure how he got there or what’s been happening. He looks around him, seeing that he’s in his shirtsleeves, lifts up his right hand and finds he’s wearing a handcuff, and he’s attached to someone.]

What in the world? What’s happening?

[Rose is still half asleep unaware of her surroundings. She's mumbling wearing her purple slip.]

Mmm...Doctor. I thought you said---

[She jolts right up and looks over to see the Doctor completely stunned.]

Doctor? What the hell are you doing here?

(ooc: They're experiencing the handcuff curse.)

What am I doing here? Well, I don't know quite honestly. I don't even know how I got here, or where here is.

[Notices what she's wearing.]

Oh dear...

[Rose rubs the sleep away from her eyes with her uncuffed hand before she notices her other hand cuffed and her attire.]

Oh my God!

[Looks at his cuffed hand, and hers.]

Oh dear me. What...? I mean...Rose? Ah...do you know what's going on?

I can take a guess.

[She hives a tug at the cuff. It's solid. She looks over at the pile of clothes.]

This is really not right.

[Clears his throat, looks at her and over himself.]

That's odd, though. I have my clothes on and you're...well...

[Looks away embarrassed.]

[She glances down and then back at the pile of clothes. She tries to think back where she was last but can nly recall going to bed in her flat by herself.]

This place is out to get me.

[She gets closer to the pile of clothes and grabs a skirt followed by a blouse. She puts on the skirt with ease but the blouse is a struggle due to the cuffs.]

Not a word, yeah?

[Glances back at her, then turns away again as it appears she's beginning to get changed.]

[Eyes the pile of women's clothes with curiosity.]

[She notices and mumbles under her breath.]

Never changes.

I was walking back to the TARDIS and sat on a bench to have a rest.

[Picks up a pair of laced, thong underwear and frowns.]

Do women actually wear this?

[She gives another tug and tries to think before looking over at him.]

Familiar. Yeah us earth girls wear that sometimes. It's one of our best sellers.

So I reckon we're in the shop.

[She looks around.]

[She's given up on the blouse just tying it around her chest. It's decent enough.]

[She sighs.]

[Is about to reach into his pocket when he realizes he's doesn't have his coat.]

Oh. It's in my coat. But, where is it?

No. I distinctly remember I was still wearing my coat.

[Looks around in frustration.]

Can we get out of this fitting room, please?

[She gives the cuff a tug at the exit and leads him out.]

This way. So how can you fall asleep with a coat on then wake up without it?

[Really she can only guess and come to one ridiculous conclusion that it is part of this. But her hope is the sonic can help.]

I will never understand women's fashion.
