If it's not over by midnight, I think we may be looking at something new for the City.

For one thing, it would mean an abnormally large group of newcomers being stranded here.

I think the beings in control of this place thrive on inconsistency. It makes it more difficult to adapt. The more we're able to predict, the more we can prepare for, psychologically.
